Phase 1 - Requirements profile and offer
First of all, we discuss the requirements profile, desired features and workflows. We will also provide a comprehensive overview about your project's general framework conditions and work out a schedule.
Now it's time for a decision. And it's surely an easy one, because you get a clear, detailed project quotation.
Phase 2 - Development (programming)
Our project manager will guide you through the development phase by always being at your side in case of administrative or technical questions.
In order to give you an idea about the overall design concept and main workflows, we build a prototype of the software. This prototype is also suited to test the planned user interface under real conditions.
Extensive module and compontent testing is another essential part of the development process to keep up our quality standards in programming.
Phase 3 - Deployment (rollout) and after-development services
We deliver the ready-to-use software on a data storage medium of your choice, including documentation and source code (as agreed). It's a matter of course that we also provide installation services, on-site and remote (e.g. for server-based software).
Additional services are available to complete our software lifecycle management solution:
- Maintenance contracts and extended support agreements
- In-house training courses
- Localis(z)ation of the software and its documentation
And as soon as the time is right for something new, in other words, when the software has reached the end of its service life, you can also count on us. Migrating data and business processes into a new system may also be part of a custom software project.
